to your wedding day, we will schedule a preview,
which allows us to meet and discuss your needs,
offer suggestions, apply your makeup and design
your hairstyle with your veil and/or headpiece.
This “dress rehearsal” enables us to
create your bridal look prior to your wedding while
giving you peace of mind. Please allow approximately
one hour for each service. |

your wedding day, you are destined to become the
beautiful bride you always imagined! You will receive
a professional custom blended makeup application,
airbrush or traditional, complete with individual
eyelash extensions, along with a stunning hair design
complete with headpiece and veil placement. Maximum
time: two hours. |

the bride and bridesmaids who want to look picture-perfect
for the wedding day, we offer our exclusive bridal
party rate. Get beautified! Includes makeup application
and hair design for the bride and three bridesmaids,
plus our exclusive beauty-to-be photo shoot to capture
all the fun and glamour as your special day begins
to unfold. Maximum time: three hours. |

To secure your wedding date and timeslot, all
wedding day services must be paid for in advance
and are non-refundable in the event of any cancellation.
Please make checks payable to BEAUTY-TO-BE. There
is a $25.00 fee for any returned check. Payments

your convenience, we also accept credit card payments

| Location
Services |
| |
| For
your convenience, we are available to travel on
location to you, wherever you and your bridal party
will be, enabling you to get ready in your own environment.
A location fee is required for each artist performing
services and will vary depending on location. |

| Overtime
Rates |
| |
| The
overtime rate for each artist is $125.00 per hour
and must be paid for with cash on the wedding day
once services are completed. Any last minute requests
for services on the wedding day may only be added
if enough time permits and must be paid for with
cash. |

| Parking |
| |
| All
parking fees will be added to your wedding day
services in advance. If we are scheduled to arrive
at your hotel room, the current hotel rate for
valet parking will be charged directly to your
room. |

| Tips
& Gratuities |
| |
| The
rates for our services do not include gratuity.
Tips are appreciated, so if you are satisfied with
our services you may tip each artist directly upon
completion. For your convenience, a 15% gratuity
may be added to all services. |
